How do I know what is the best program for me?
Email or call Alli to discuss your training needs and goals. She will help you determine which path is best for you.

Can I start with virtual training then move to in-person training?
Yes. We can start there as we build your long term training plan.

Is Alli flexible in her training schedule?
She works with you to determine a day/time that best fits your schedule.

Can I do it with a partner?
Yes.

Is there a discount for multiple family members?

Does Alli’s food coaching incorporate my diet restrictions?
Yes. Most people have food allergies and are unaware, which is where Alli’s expertise comes in to help you.

Is Alli a doctor or psychologist?
No. Alli has a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology and has extensive undergraduate coursework in the following areas: Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Organic Chemistry, Chemistry, Psychology, and Physics, Biomechanics, Physiology, Exercise Physiology, Nutrition, Supplementation, Digestive Health, Neurology and Nutrition, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

What are Alli’s training credentials?
Alli has been a personal trainer for over 20 years and has been promoted and recognized by the fitness industry for her skills and expertise.

What kind of tracking does Alli use to measure success?
Alli uses multiple measures of success including, but not limited to: measurements, food journals, and mobile apps.
